If it’s 2 AM and you remember you’re down to your last pack of diapers, or when you realize mid-change that it’s time to size up—just send us a text.
To connect with our Text Assistant, opt in to SMS on your account page or at checkout. Once you’re set up, you can manage everything from your phone.
We won’t bother you with extra marketing texts; we’ll only text to remind you when your next order is about to ship, and to make sure you have everything you need. You, however, can text us these commands at any hour of any day.
Commands noted with * are available to one-time purchasers; putting your orders on Auto-Renew gives you access to all other commands.
Customers with a Giftable Subscription may only change the size or ship date of their gift using SIZE, DELAY, SHIP NOW, or SKIP.
Update Order

| SWITCH+ | Switch the type of product you are receiving—change your Auto-Renew order from The Diaper to The Pant, or vice versa |
| WIPES+ | If your order is on Auto-Renew, you can add, remove, or change the amount of wipes you get |
| SWIM+ | Add a one time add on of The Swimsuit to your next Auto-Renew order |
| REORDER* | Reorder your last one-time purchase of diapers, pants, or wipes |

| SHIP NOW | Need your next order now? Your order will be processed the next business day. |
| SKIP | Skip your next month’s order. |
| EXPRESS | Upgrade your Auto-Renew order from Standard Shipping (2-6 business days, $0) to Express Shipping (2-3 business days, $25). |
