Coterie Registry Weekend Diaper Subscription Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA EIGHTEEN, (18) YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND, PUERTO RICO, AND WHERE PROHIBITED. THE SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS ON AUGUST 22, 2026, AT 10:00 AM PT AND ENDS AT 4:00 PM PT ON AUGUST 23, 2026 (THE “SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD”). The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Coterie Registry Weekend Diaper Subscription Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored solely by Coterie Baby, LLC (“Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void outside the US, in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Babylist, their respective parent companies, affiliates, members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or individuals living in the same household (whether related or not) of any of the above are not eligible to participate. Babylist is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with the administration of, this Sweepstakes. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must scan the QR code at the Coterie booth at the Babylist Registry Weekend event at the Babylist Showroom Los Angeles, located at 211 South Beverly Drive Beverly Hills, CA 90212 during the Sweepstakes Period, and complete the entry form on the Sweepstakes entry page. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4:00 PM PT ON AUGUST 23, 2026. Although it is free to enter, standard data charges may be incurred if you use your mobile device to enter the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Entry per person, per email address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period. Only nine (9) Winners will be selected. Entries in excess of this limit will be disqualified if discovered by Sponsor. Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used for Entry at the time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times is prohibited and any such entries will be deemed void and disqualified.

One (1) potential Winner will be randomly selected by Sponsor or its agent on or about August 26, 2026, from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes drawing and the selection of the potential winner(s) are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor will award nine (9) Sweepstakes prizes (each, a “Prize”): Five (5) three (3) month Coterie diaper and wipes subscriptions; each including approximately a one (1) month supply of diapers and wipes per shipment, consisting of six (6) packs of diapers and four (4) standard packs of wipes per shipment, with size and shipment pacing to be determined by Winner (Approximate Retail Value or “ARV” $369 for each three (3) month subscription); Three (3) six (6) month Coterie diaper and wipes subscription; each including approximately a one (1) month supply of diapers and wipes per shipment, consisting of six (6) packs of diapers and four (4) standard packs of wipes per shipment, with size and shipment pacing to be determined by Winner (ARV $738 for each 6 (six) month subscription); and One (1) twelve (12) month Coterie diaper and wipes subscription, which includes approximately a one (1) month supply of diapers and wipes per shipment, consisting of six (6) packs of diapers and four (4) standard packs of wipes per shipment, with size and shipment pacing to be determined by Winner (ARV $1,476). Total ARV of all Prizes is $7,011. Sponsor will award only nine (9) Prizes to nine (9) verified winners (each, a “Winner”).

Each Winner must create a Coterie profile in order to receive Prize, and Prize will be fulfilled only to a Winner at the postal address provided to Sponsor upon winner notification (or on the profile, as directed by Sponsor at time of notification), at which time Winner will request preferred diaper sizing. Prizes are non-transferrable, and there are no substitutions, returns, or cash redemptions provided by Sponsor, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which has the right to substitute the Prize, or any component of the Prize with a prize or prize component of equal or greater value selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Prize consists only of the items expressly specified in these Official Rules. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize or any component of the prize are the responsibility of the Winner. All Prize details that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All properly claimed Prizes will be awarded, but in no event will Sponsor award more Prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules. The Prize and Prize components are awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law. All federal, state and local taxes on the value of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Potential Winners will be notified by Sponsor at the email address provided on the Entry form. Potential Winner will be required to respond to the notification by indicating whether they can accept the Prize. If no response is received within the time allotted, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential Winner selected will also be required to respond to the winner notification within one (1) week of notification, in order to receive Prize. Winners must provide Sponsor with all required contact and delivery information specified by Sponsor in order to redeem the Prize. Winner must be the Authorized Account Holder of the email provided and must create a Coterie account to receive Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet or wireless service, bounced emails, filtered messages, inaccurate account information, or other issues that may result in a potential Winner not receiving initial prize notification or the Prize. Any potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release by returning it via email to the email address designated by Sponsor at the time of request. In the event that (a) a potential Winner cannot be reached or does not respond by September 2, 2026, (b) a potential Winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the Prize for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to maintain a Coterie account or providing inaccurate e-mail or postal address information; (c) noncompliance with the above, (d) a potential Winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the Prize, (e) a potential Winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, or (f) a potential Winner fails to fulfill any affidavit-related obligations, the potential Winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and an alternate potential Winner may be selected, at Sponsor's sole discretion, from among the other eligible Entries received. Sponsor is not responsible for any Entrant’s change of email address, telephone number, postal address, account status, or other contact information.

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, a Winner's acceptance of Prize constitutes the Winner's agreement and consent for Sponsor and any of its designees to use and/or publish Winner's name, city and state of residence, or photograph, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, internet or mobile. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants will be sharing their personal information with Sponsor, which personal information will be collected and be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and awarding the Prize. If an entrant affirmatively opts in to receive marketing communications, entrant also agrees to Sponsor's use of entrant's personal information for marketing purposes as described at the time of opt-in and in its privacy policy at https://www.coterie.com/privacy-policy. Please refer to Sponsor's privacy policy for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for disclosures made by any third party.

Sponsor and its representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any Prize to Entrants, with regard to: (a) Entries or other communications with Sponsor that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) Entries, Prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, including but not limited to, inaccurate account information, spam filters, inactive email, or an Entrant's failure to monitor its email or account communications; (c) Entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming a Prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of a Winner to accept the Prize for any reason; (f) if a Prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather, state of emergency, governmental order, endemic, pandemic or any other similar event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any Prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this promotion or any promotion or Prize related activities. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or with any website or platform promoting or hosting the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses/accounts or the use of any robotic, AI, or other automated devices or methods to submit Entries. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void the Entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes promotion, including the entire Sweepstakes promotion, and/or modify the Sweepstakes and/or award the prizes in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received as of the termination date.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and Winner(s) agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Babylist, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, directors and members (the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death, which may occur in connection with preparation for, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the Prize, or any element of the Prize, or participation in any Sweepstakes-related or Prize-related activity and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and Prize delivery. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer, mobile phone or other device, regardless of how caused, relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. Entrants and Winner(s) acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize or any component thereof. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in New York County, New York. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have. Any and all claims, judgment and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees, and under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of- pocket expenses, and further waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

By entering, you agree that Released Parties are indemnified, released and held harmless by you from any and all liability, for any damages, injuries, or losses of any kind to person(s) or property arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Prize or your participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, in any way.

The names of Winners will be available on or about thirty (30) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period and posted at coterie.com/winnerslist.
